Ms. Welch is going over repairs bids they are considering.

Commissioner Linda Forte is leading the meeting and currently going over the motions.

Ms. Welch is explaining the process for getting access to the copper piping. She stated materials have to be “rec’d” out. Crews do not have open access to materials.

Mr. Istakur Rahman is going over the financial report.

Mr. Rahman stated that the fluctuating we see is considered normal.

Mr.Rahman is commending the collections team for being diligent and collecting on past due acct.

New business on Security and Integrity Division. Mr. Daniel Allen is giving a presentation.

Mr. Allen is going over the trainings that security is going through. Active shooter and trauma.

Customer service committee being called to order.

No other public commenters.

Receive and file item 2025-105 and was approved.

Ms. Crowell is giving the customer service presentation.

Mr.Phillips is explaining how call volume and flow goes and how quick calls are being answered.

He just gave example that in real time there are 36 ppl waiting to speak with a live person. The wait is 24 mins.

Commissioner Black is giving comment on the customer satisfaction stat. She was impressed.

He also highlighted that there’s a hiring freeze due to the SW water main break emergency. And that’s why they are 11 persons short.

Gwendolyn Howard speaking on promise pay, why are committee members asking as though it doesn’t exist.

Me. MacGriff giving update on results on Mackinaw administration on 54 inch weapon main break in SW Detroit. The has trans of adjusters and translators. 64 residents showed up and a number of settlements were accepted.

Commissioner Blackman is asking for written report on the community outreach meeting.
