All members of the board are present. The meeting is started with Calendar No. 23-1143 for ward 15. A citizen bought a home on west 73rd in hopes to turn the home into a two family. Member Arleesha Wilson moved to approve the motion. It has been granted
Calendar No 23-114, Kamis Properties LLC wanted to erect a freestanding sign in ward 1 on Sprecher Ave. All people speaking on the matter are being sworn in.
The company wants a sign that would be visible from highway going toward 480! The sign would be about 60 ft high with the build board being 15x10ft

Members of the board would like to know how far away the sign would be from the freeway interchange, and how far would this be from the building of business because it may not meet zoning codes
They have denied the motion for the sign stating it needs to be ratified and talked over more with other agencies before being brought back to the zoning

Calendar No 23-118 is a proposed bar on College Ave in Ward 3. The bar would have a patio and and offer seating outside and inside
