-Committee on Public Services has 7 items. Commissioner Kileen inquired about schedule on tree services and was told it would be shared soon.

-Ways and Means Committee has 17 items. Commissioner Kileen asked about numbers in #17, Mr. Widigan, CDFO shared that this is best practices to maintain balanced fund levels.

Commissioner Marecki has "a bunch of issues with this bill" but lifted up the admin fee as the biggest. Commissioner McCormick asked actual cost to run program. It was shared that it is 3% of $60m and not to exceed 15%.
Appointment of the Committee Health and Human Services Chair, Commissioner Marth Scott to the HeathChoice of Michigan Board of Trustees was approved.
A 27-month MOU between Charter County of Wayne and Michigan Dept of Attorney General for $7m to reduce backlog of criminal gun cases was approved.
Tablet purchase and phone contract for implementation in Juvenile Detention Facility, costs will be carried by the county with funding reimbursable by Child Care Fund.

Kudos were given for the Black History presentation. Commissioner Baydoun speaks about the genocide in Gaza and asks folks to reflect on global struggles and shared history. "Our freedom is incomplete without the freedom of Palestine".
