• Approved a 20% raise for County Administrator David Hough, increasing his salary from $294,784 to $353,284. The new pay range for the position is $235,522.77 to $353,284.15, up from $225,704.23 to $316,086.64.
• Approved issuance of tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue bonds by the Hennepin County Housing & Redevelopment Authority to support the renovation and expansion of Park Plaza, an affordable housing complex on Humboldt Avenue and Olson Memorial Highway.
• Approved contracts with 41 providers, including 29 new ones, for prevention, treatment and other services supporting Hennepin County’s opioid response.
