The Board of Control (BOC) is made up of @MayorBibb+ the heads of various @CityofCleveland depts BOC approves vendors for contracts approved by @CleCityCouncil (council approves the money but city hall picks the contractors) BOC also approves sales of city-owned land parcels

Board of Control meetings are often short (<20 min) but can involve millions of dollars. I think they're a useful insight into how the City is spending public money
