Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is creating a master redevelopment plan for 356 University Avenue alongside the BeltLine’s Southside Trail. The 13.7-acre ABI property was purchased as part of the BeltLine’s land acquisition strategy to support new affordable housing, affordable commercial opportunities, and job creation within the BeltLine TAD. The site is nestled within the Pittsburgh and Capitol View Manor neighborhood.

In this meeting we will share the latest site updates and gather feedback as we consider how each phase of development is programmed. We will also discuss next steps, including an inclusive process for developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the development of the property. This public meeting is held as a hybrid. In-person seating is limited.
